Suggested Use
We recommend for a healthy diet to replace one meal with a diet fuel shake. So you could have it for breakfast or have a shake for lunch. Have your other two meals as normal. Of course no diet supplement will work if you are not eating sensibly for the rest of the day so use Diet Fuel as part of your overall healthy eating plan and add in a bit of exercise and you will really see the fat drop off.
Some people like to begin their healthy diet plan with 2 or even 3 shakes a day to replace all of their meals. While there is no problem with doing this as each shake has all of the nutrients needed to sustain the body you may find that you end up craving some of the foods you love and crashing the diet plan altogether. We would suggest doing this for a few days or even a week and then revert to having the shake once a day as part of your normal routine for a long term healthy diet.
Diet Fuel can be mixed with either milk or water. Obviously the milk will make the diet shake creamier and more filling but they taste great with either water or milk. Use skim milk if you are using milk.
