Shipping Information

Shipping is FREE for any purchase over €50.00 and €5.00 for any purchase under €50.00 All items are shipped using Fastway Couriers. All item sold by iprotein.ie are sent direct to your door completely free of charge for orders over an advertised value. Orders below this value are subject to a small fee to cover the cost of postage. We reserve the right to charge carriage (at cost) for goods over 30Kg. We will contact you if a further charge is to be applied. Delivery times quoted are estimates only, and iprotein.ie shall not be liable for any delays caused except to the extent caused wilfully or negligently by iprotein.ie. We hold all our own stock meaning we can offer same or next day dispatch once the order is received before 2:30pm.

Occasionally we may not have some items in stock, and delivery will be delayed. We will always contact you in such cases to see if you want to wait for the item to come into stock, substitute the flavour, or require a refund. Goods held in stock at our Dublin warehouse will be shipped within 24 hours of receipt of your order, and delivery can be expected within 1-2 working days. Depending on value, goods are sent by regular post, registered post or by courier. It is the responsibility of the purchaser to collect the goods if an initial delivery attempt is unsuccessful. In the event that goods are not collected, and subsequently returned, we will credit your account after deducting the carriage fees and a handling charge of €5.00. Returns If you are not satisfied with the product that you purchased, A refund will be given only for any unopened product excluding any shipping charges, and will be given ONLY under the following conditions: 1. Only Unopened Products will be accepted for refunds.

Items must be returned via commercial carrier or the post office, at the customers expense, within 30 days from the date of purchase. 2. No refunds will be given if the above conditions are not met. 3. Orders that are returned to us undelivered, will be subject to a charge to cover our outlays for shipping, plus a handling fee of €5.00. This charge will be made at our discression.
